We ship all orders PAN India through reliable courier partners. Our goal is to get your equipment to you quickly, safely, and in perfect condition.
Free Delivery
Orders with a total value of Rs. 10,000 or more qualify for free delivery anywhere in India. For orders below Rs. 10,000, a delivery charge will be communicated to you at the time of order confirmation.
Order Processing
Once your order is confirmed and payment is received, we process and dispatch it within 1 to 2 business days. You will receive a confirmation along with tracking details once your order is shipped.
Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed on the next working business day.
Delivery Timeframes
Delivery times vary based on your location:

Packaging
All products are carefully packed to ensure they arrive in full working condition. Equipment is secured with appropriate protective packaging to prevent damage during transit. If your order arrives visibly damaged, please document it immediately and contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, we will share a tracking number via WhatsApp or email so you can monitor your delivery status directly with the courier.
Bulk Orders
For bulk orders, delivery timelines and logistics are handled on a case by case basis. If you have a large order or a project deadline to meet, let us know upfront and we will do our best to accommodate your timeline.
Incorrect or Incomplete Address
Please ensure your delivery address and contact number are accurate at the time of placing an order. Fibertools is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. Re-delivery charges in such cases will be borne by the customer.
Returns and Damaged Goods
If you receive a product that is damaged or does not match your order, contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos and your order details. We will review the case and work towards a resolution promptly. Returns are accepted only for products that are defective, damaged in transit, or incorrectly shipped.
Returns are not accepted for products that have been used or damaged after delivery.
